CASSA DESIGN sedang membuka kesempatan karir untuk posisi PROJECT MANAGER (INTERIOR CONTRACTOR).

Kami mencari profesional yang berpengalaman minimal 5 tahun dalam proyek Office & Retail Fit-Out.

QUALIFICATION

1. Education

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.

  • Certification in project management is a plus.

2. Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in interior construction/fit-out.

  • Proven experience in Office Fit-Out and Retail Fit-Out projects.

  • At least 2-3 years as Project Manager / Project Coordinator / Site Manager.

  • Experience in Design & Build project is a plus.

3. Project Management

  • Able to plan, organize, and control project schedule, cost, quality, manpower, material, and procurement.

  • Ensure project delivered on time, within budget, quality, and scope.

  • Understand and monitor S-Curve / progress report.

  • Identify project risk and develop mitigation plan.

  • Coordinate with Designer, Estimator, Purchasing, Finance, Site Team, and Management.

4. Technical Knowledge

  • Understand interior & fit-out works: civil, architectural, ceiling, partition, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, furniture.

  • Able to read & understand working drawing, detail drawing, specification, BOQ, and quotation.

  • Understand shop drawing, material approval, mock-up, inspection, and handover process.

  • Understand building management procedure and regulation.

5. Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Good communication & negotiation with client, consultant, building management, vendor, and subcontractor.

  • Lead progress meeting and site meeting.

  • Handle complaint, design change, variation order, and resolving project issue professionally.

  • Provide clear and structured project update to management.

6. Cost & Commercial Awareness

  • Understand project costing and budget control.

  • Monitor budget, material cost, labour cost, subcontractor cost, and additional work.

  • Understand impact of change to cost and schedule.

  • Awareness of profitability/project P&L is a plus.

7. Software

  • Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Project / Primavera or similar scheduling software.

  • AutoCAD (read & review drawing).

  • Google Workspace / Microsoft Office.

  • Project management software is a plus.

8. Personal Skills

  • Strong leadership and problem-solving.

  • Detail-oriented, able to see the big picture.

  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadline.

  • Proactive, responsible, and have high ownership.

  • Good communication and presentation skills.

  • Willing to travel and work on site as required.

NOTES

  • Preference given to candidates with experience managing projects valued at over IDR 10 billion.
